They are planning on funding their network, which will also be open to all Canadians teachers anywhere, and will be run using the premium Ning network. A side benefit of this network will be the removal of the advertising from the sidebars. i see…

i used to think NING was an up and coming medium for that, but now with the pricing change, i no longer hold much faith in NING. and since i don't like facebook, that leaves me out for now

Ning shedding free services.

As some of you may have heard, Ning is planning on shutting down their free services. This will mean that this social network will need to either find funding in order to continue, or will need to be shut down as I am certain I cannot afford to personally pay for the system.
